With an honours degree in events management, a background in fashion retail management, a flair for design and visual merchandising and 4 years of freelance styling under my belt, I am here to put my personal spin on the visual world.
With 4 main goals; always inspirational, commercial hints, eye catching and always unique, I look to create visual moments that capture all viewers’s attention.
From sales to senior management, fashion retail is the 9 year bed in which my career grew and developed into styling and art direction. Whilst running my own flagship store, I worked alongside regional management to support and implement visual displays and store merchandising country wide.
Alongside my retail career in the UK, I spent a year working with Jil Sander at her atelier in Milan, Italy. Throughout January to December 2013, I was employed as a freelance Wholesale Account Manager for North America, the Middle East and Greece. Together with selling, I assisted with showroom merchandising ahead of each fashion week, guiding buyers through the seasonal message, inspirations and collections before beginning tailored sales appointments. Jil Sander offered first hand experience in the luxury fashion market, working with high profile clients and exposing me to numerous invaluable skills.
2015 saw my first freelance stylist role with Scotland’s leading Art Direction company, GreatBrink Ltd. This was the beginning of my styling and art directing career and from here I have continued working with GreatBrink on jobs covering interior design, experiential event design, photoshoot styling for both tv and advertising, brand managing, model casting, wardrobe styling, window display sourcing and implementation and all the admin in between.
